Ingredients

For the macaroni and vegetable frittata bake

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 150g ham, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese plus extra for topping

Method

For the macaroni and vegetable frittata bake

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C fan bake.
  • Grease a 30 x 40cm baking dish.
  • Place the eggs and milk into a large bowl and whisk together.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Pour into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the extra grated cheese.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until golden on top and set in the middle.
