Ingredients
For the macaroni and vegetable frittata bake
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 150g ham, chopped
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese plus extra for topping
Method
For the macaroni and vegetable frittata bake
- Preheat the oven to 180°C fan bake.
- Grease a 30 x 40cm baking dish.
- Place the eggs and milk into a large bowl and whisk together.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the extra grated cheese.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden on top and set in the middle.
