Ingredients
4 fillet pieces skinless, boneless salmon
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon white miso paste
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic — crushed
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan bake). Line an oven dish with baking paper.
2. Place the salmon in the prepared dish.
3. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush over the salmon.
4. Roast for about 10 minutes.
