French Garlic Butter Monk Fish
- 4 x 200g monk fish fillets
- Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 100g butter - cubed
- 3 garlic cloves - crushed
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley - chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Pinch salt and pepper
Method
French Garlic Butter Monk Fish
- Season the fish fillets with garlic salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Pan fry the fish on both sides until cooked through.
French Garlic Butter
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and garlic together. Cook for 2 minutes. Add in the wine and simmer for a minute.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and tip over the fish.
