Herb Crusted Pork Cutlets with Maple & Bourbon Glaze
- 4 pork cutlets
- 1 tablespoon each: olive oil, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme
- Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup each: bourbon, maple syrup
- 15g butter
Method
Herb Crusted Pork Cutlets with Maple & Bourbon Glaze
- Marinate the pork cutlets in the oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic salt and pepper.
- Heat a large pan over a medium/high heat. Sear the cutlets for 2 minutes each side - set aside.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add in the pork cutlets and any resting juices. Simmer for an additional few minutes or until the pork is cooked to your liking.
