Herb Crusted Pork Cutlets with Maple & Bourbon Glaze

  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon each: olive oil, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme
  • Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup each: bourbon, maple syrup
  • 15g butter

Method

Herb Crusted Pork Cutlets with Maple & Bourbon Glaze

  • Marinate the pork cutlets in the oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large pan over a medium/high heat. Sear the cutlets for 2 minutes each side - set aside.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and simmer for 1 minute.
  • Add in the pork cutlets and any resting juices. Simmer for an additional few minutes or until the pork is cooked to your liking.
