Ingredients

Raspberry Chia Puddings

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen and thawed raspberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds

Method

Raspberry Chai Puddings

  • Place raspberries, milk, vanilla and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add in the Chia seeds. Spoon mixture into serving glasses.
  • Cover and place in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
