Ingredients
Raspberry Chia Puddings
- 1 cup fresh or frozen and thawed raspberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
Method
Raspberry Chai Puddings
- Place raspberries, milk, vanilla and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and add in the Chia seeds. Spoon mixture into serving glasses.
- Cover and place in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
