Salmon Prawn & Cream Cheese Platter
- 500g cream cheese
- 250g cooked prawns
- 400g smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1/4 cup red onion - thinly sliced
- Fresh dill
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Store bought bruschette and lemon for serving
Method
Salmon Prawn & Cream Cheese Platter
- Spread the cream cheese out onto a serving board.
- Top with the salmon and prawns.
- Sprinkle over the capers, red onion and fresh dill.
- Serve with bruschette and halved lemons.
