Salmon Prawn & Cream Cheese Platter

  • 500g cream cheese
  • 250g cooked prawns
  • 400g smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup red onion - thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Store bought bruschette and lemon for serving

Method

Salmon Prawn & Cream Cheese Platter

  • Spread the cream cheese out onto a serving board.
  • Top with the salmon and prawns.
  • Sprinkle over the capers, red onion and fresh dill.
  • Serve with bruschette and halved lemons.
