Ingredients
First Marinade
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon each: white vinegar, vegetable oil
- 4 lamb steaks
Second Marinade
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons each: cumin, brown sugar, garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
Method
Spiced Lamb Steak
- Combine all the ingredients in the first marinade and marinate the steaks for 1 - 2 hours.
- Mix all the second marinade ingredients together and massage into the lamb steaks. Marinate for 24 hours.
- Heat a large frying pan over a high heat and sear the steaks on each side until nicely browned. turn the heat down and cook to your liking.
