Ingredients
Wreath Salad
- 6 cups salad vegetables - lettuce, rocket, carrot, cucumber, tomato, red onion, herbs
Tangleby House Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup each: maple syrup, apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic - crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Wreath Salad with Tangleby House Dressing
- In a large bowl, mix all of your salad ingredients together.
- Make a wreath on a serving plate with the salad.
- Whisk all the salad dressing ingredients together and pour into a serving jar. Place in the middle of the salad and serve.
