What You'll Need:

1 Cup of rolled oats

½ Cup of peanut butter

2 Tablespoons honey

3 Tablespoons milk

½ block of dark chocolate
Instructions:

In a food processor or blender, blend the oats until a fine flour forms

Combine the oat flour, peanut butter, honey and milk in a bowl (you may need to use your hands)

Either using a small silicone muffin tray or a baking muffin tray lined with cupcake cases, press the mixture into the tray

Melt the dark chocolate and spread over the mixture

Set in the freezer for 1 hour
