What you’ll need
- Ring (size of your choice)
-
Waxed jewellery string
-
Thin string (I used sewing thread)
-
Feathers
-
Beads
-
Hot glue gun
Instructions
1.
Get your ring and wrap the waxed jewellery, string around as tightly as you can, once at the end of the string, tie it to the ring and put a spot of hot glue to hold it down
2.
Tie some remaining waxed string around the top for hanging
- Start in once corner and turn the thread sting to the ring, continue this until loops are formed around the inside of the ring
- Once there is loops formed on the inside of the ring, thread the sting into each loop and
- Continue this until the pattern starts to come into the centre (here you can choose to put beads in the middle of the dream catcher!)
- Once the centre of the ring has been filled, tie off the end of the string
- Once the string has been tied off, it's time to start on the feathers!
- Tie a stronger string or remaining waxed string to the base of the ring
- Thread the string with the beads of your choice and tie off the base with a feather
