
Nutella croissant

Instructions

- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees, fan bake
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Lay a sheet of puff pastry on your bench or chopping board
- Using a knife, gently cut the pastry sheet into triangles (as shown in image one)
- Place a dollop of Nutella at the wide end of each pastry triangle
- In a small bowl, whisk your egg
- Using a pastry brush, spread the egg over the tails of the pastry triangles
- Roll the croissant up beginning from the Nutella end and curve into a croissant shape
- Using the pastry brush again, brush the remaining egg over the outside of the croissant
- Transfer to the prepared baking tray
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until puffy and lightly browned
