Tangleby Gardens products are shipped with Castle Parcels at the following rates;

Any of the Tangleby books, soft toys and/or merchandise

NZ Standard - $3.95
NZ Rural - $5.95

Australia - varies on the weight of your order. Up to 1kg Aus$9.95, to 2kg Aus$12.95, to 3kg Aus$17.95, to 4.5kg Aus$19.95, to 5.5kg Aus$23.95 

International - $75.00

Delivery

Nationwide Delivery Times

Standard: 2-4 working days.

Rural: Additional 2-3 working days to standard target delivery.

International Delivery Times Standard: Two weeks

We hold all items in stock and can normally ensure dispatch of your order within two working days. If for any reason there might be a delay in you receiving your order outside the times stated, we will contact you by email.

Tracking

We track all orders with Castle Parcels.  

Returning an item

If your item has been damaged in transit we will replace it, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
