- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1 banana — chopped up
- 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
- 1–2 tablespoons honey
Method
For the Banana and Berry Smoothie
- Place everything into a food processor or blender, process until smooth.
- Pour into 4–6 glasses to serve
