  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 banana — chopped up
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey

Method

  • Place everything into a food processor or blender, process until smooth.
  • Pour into 4–6 glasses to serve
