Ingredients
For the chip-coated fish
- 600g fish fillets, cut into large strips
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup potato chips, well crushed
Method
For the chip-coated fish
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan bake).
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the fish strips into a large bowl and season well with salt and pepper.
- Pour the milk over the fish.
- Place the crushed potato chips onto a large plate.
- Coat each piece of fish well with the crushed chips, then place on the baking tray.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes.
