Ingredients

For the chip-coated fish

  • 600g fish fillets, cut into large strips
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup potato chips, well crushed

Method

For the chip-coated fish

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan bake).
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Place the fish strips into a large bowl and season well with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the milk over the fish.
  • Place the crushed potato chips onto a large plate.
  • Coat each piece of fish well with the crushed chips, then place on the baking tray.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes.
