- 150g butter, softened
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
Method
Chocolate Frosting
- Beat the butter until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the icing sugar and cocoa.
- Beat the cocoa mixture into the butter, a little at a time, alternating with a tablespoon of milk.
- Spread the icing over the cake and top with whatever decorations you like.
