Ingredients
For the Christmas hot chocolate
- 2 cups cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups milk
- 200ml condensed milk
- 170g cooking chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 4 candy canes
- mini marshmallows for serving
Method
For the Christmas hot chocolate
- Add half the cream to a slow cooker. Whisk in the cocoa powder until well combined.
- Add the remaining cream, milk, condensed milk, chocolate and candy canes.
- Stir well.
- Cook on low for 3 hours, stirring regularly.
- Serve in mugs topped with mini marshmallows.
