Ingredients
For the Christmas rocky road
- 400g dark chocolate, chopped
- 200g milk chocolate, chopped
- 70g macadamias or any other nut of your choice, chopped
- 100g Turkish delight, chopped, plus extra to decorate
- 60g mini marshmallows, plus extra to decorate
- 75g pistachios, chopped, plus extra to decorate
- 30g dried cranberries, plus extra to decorate
Method
For the Christmas rocky road
- Line a slice tin with baking paper.
- Place all the chocolate into a large heatproof bowl.
- Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix.
- Pour into the prepared slice tin and evenly spread the mixture.
- Sprinkle over the extra Turkish delight, mini marshmallows, pistachios and cranberries.
- Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until set. Cut into squares.
