Frozen Chocolate Bananas
- 4 bananas
- 8 ice-block sticks
- 120g cooking chocolate
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- sprinkles, to decorate
Method
Frozen Chocolate Bananas
- Cut the bananas in half and push an ice block stick into each cut end.
- Place the chocolate and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt on high for 1 minute then stir. Microwave for another 20 seconds until the chocolate can be easily combined with the peanut butter.
- Let the chocolate mixture cool slightly then pour into a glass.
- Dip each half banana in the chocolate mixture and then roll in the sprinkles.
- Lie on a piece of baking paper until chocolate has set.
