Cut the bananas in half and push an ice block stick into each cut end.
Place the chocolate and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt on high for 1 minute then stir. Microwave for another 20 seconds until the chocolate can be easily combined with the peanut butter.
Let the chocolate mixture cool slightly then pour into a glass.
Dip each half banana in the chocolate mixture and then roll in the sprinkles.
Lie on a piece of baking paper until chocolate has set.
