Ingredients
For the Glazed Carrots
- 6 carrots
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
For the Glazed Carrots
- Peel the carrots and cut into 1cm slices.
- Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add the carrots and simmer for 4–5 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Drain well
- Add the butter, brown sugar and salt. Toss with the carrots and cook until melted and smooth.
