Ingredients
Ham & Egg Cups
- 12-18 small slices ham
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Method
Ham & Egg Cups
- Preheat oven to 180oC (160oC fan bake). Spray 6 large muffin pans with baking spray.
- Place 2-3 pieces of ham in each muffin pan, overlapping on the bottom to make a cup shape.
- Carefully crack an egg into each cup. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle each egg with some grated cheese.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
