  • 12-18 small slices ham
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Method

Ham & Egg Cups

  • Preheat oven to 180oC (160oC fan bake). Spray 6 large muffin pans with baking spray.
  • Place 2-3 pieces of ham in each muffin pan, overlapping on the bottom to make a cup shape.
  • Carefully crack an egg into each cup. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle each egg with some grated cheese.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
