Ingredients
For the jelly fluff
- 1 x 85g packet jelly crystals
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk, chilled
- whipped cream for topping
Method
For the jelly fluff
- Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water and set aside to cool, but not set.
- Pour the evaporated milk into a large bowl and beat for 4–5 minutes.
- Stir through the cooled jelly mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and leave to set in the fridge.
- Top with whipped cream and any sweets, sprinkles or fruit that you like.
