Ingredients

For the jelly fluff

  • 1 x 85g packet jelly crystals
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk, chilled
  • whipped cream for topping

Method

For the jelly fluff

  • Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water and set aside to cool, but not set.
  • Pour the evaporated milk into a large bowl and beat for 4–5 minutes.
  • Stir through the cooled jelly mixture until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into serving glasses and leave to set in the fridge.
  • Top with whipped cream and any sweets, sprinkles or fruit that you like.
