Marshmallow Cloud Slice
- 250g butter - diced
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 x 250g packets sweet biscuits - blitzed in the food processor
- 1 x 180g packet marshmallows - cut into pieces with scissors
Method
Marshmallow Cloud slice
- Line a 25cm slice tin with baking paper.
- In a large pot add the butter, condensed milk, brown sugar, and cocoa. Stir over a low heat until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour in the biscuits and marshmallows and mix well.
- Press the mixture into the prepared tin.
- Leave to set in the fridge before cutting into squares.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
