Preheat the oven to 175°C (155°C fan bake). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
In a large bowl combine the eggs, vanilla, salt, brown and white sugar and baking soda.
Mix in the peanut butter and butter and mix well.
Stir in the M&Ms, chocolate chips and rolled oats.
Roll the mixture into small balls (about the size of a ping pong ball) and place on the prepared
trays, leaving plenty of room between them to expand while they are baking.
Bake for about 9 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
Allow to cool before removing from the tray.
