Mousetraps
- 6 slices toast bread
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups grated cheese
- 1 small onion - finely diced
- 3 slices ham - finely diced
Method
Mousetraps
- Preheat oven to 180oC (160oC fan bake). Line a baking tray with baking paper
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Mix in the cheese, onion, and ham.
- Pile the mixture on the six slices of bread.
- Place the tray in the bottom of the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
