For the Orange and Strawberry Ice Blocks
- 2 cups orange juice — freshly squeezed or bought
- 1 cup strawberries — fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Method
For the Orange and Strawberry Ice Blocks
- Blend the strawberries, water and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the orange juice halfway up the ice block moulds.
- Using a spoon, add the strawberry mixture into each mould.
- Place in the freezer overnight.
- To take them out, run hot water over the moulds for a moment so the ice blocks come out easily.
