Ingredients

For the Orange and Strawberry Ice Blocks

  • 2 cups orange juice — freshly squeezed or bought
  • 1 cup strawberries — fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Method

For the Orange and Strawberry Ice Blocks

  • Blend the strawberries, water and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour the orange juice halfway up the ice block moulds.
  • Using a spoon, add the strawberry mixture into each mould.
  • Place in the freezer overnight.
  • To take them out, run hot water over the moulds for a moment so the ice blocks come out easily.
