Ingredients
For the oven wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian dried herbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, thyme or rosemary, chopped (optional)
- 6 potatoes, skin on, cut into wedges
Method
For the oven wedges
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan bake). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl mix together everything except the potatoes.
- Add the potatoes and mix to coat well.
- Place the wedges on the prepared tray in a single layer.
- Cook for 50–60 minutes or until golden brown.
