For the Pizza Dough
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1–2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Method
For the Pizza Dough
- Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
- Then add the oil and water and mix well.
- Place flour on the bench and roll out the pizza dough to around 5 centimetres.
- Place on a line baking tray.
- Spread the base with pizza sauce, tomato relish or passata.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and your favourite toppings.
- Cook at 200°C for around 10 minutes or until golden brown.
