Rice Bubble Biscuits
- 125g butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 1/2 cups rice bubbles
Method
Rice Bubble Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 180oC (170oC fan bake).
- Line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Cream the butter and sugar together.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Add in the flour and mix.
- Fold in the rice bubbles.
- Roll the mixture into balls and place on the prepared trays.
- Press each b all down lightly with a fork.
- Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
