- 400g cooking chocolate
- 250g roasted and salted peanuts or raisins
Method
For the Slow Cooker Chocolate Clusters
- Break up the chocolate into pieces and place in the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
- 3 Turn to low and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Turn off the slow cooker and add the peanuts or raisins.
- Drop dollops onto cooking paper and leave to set.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
