For the Special Lolly Cake Slice
- 250g butter
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 packet Explorers or fruit puffs — chopped up
- 1 packet liquorice all sorts — chopped up
- 2 packets malt biscuits Desiccated coconut
Method
For the Special Lolly Cake Slice
- Place the malt biscuits into a food processor and blend to crumbs.
- In a large pot heat the butter and the condensed milk together.
- Add in the crushed biscuits and lollies.
- Mix well and press into a lined slice tin.
- Sprinkle with coconut and leave to set in the refrigerator.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
