- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 cups cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 3 cups puréed strawberries (fresh or thawed frozen berries)
Method
For the Strawberry Ice Cream
- Pour the condensed milk into a large bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the cream with the vanilla until it holds its shape; fold into the condensed milk.
- Stir in the strawberries.
- Spread into a freezer container.
- Cover and freeze for 8 hours or until firm.
