Strawberry Ice Cream
- 500ml cream
- 1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup strawberry jam
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Strawberry Ice Cream
- Whip the cream until it starts to hold its shape. Do not over-mix.
- In a separate bowl, combine the condensed milk, strawberry jam and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or other container. Cover and freeze until firm.
