Ingredients
For the affogato
- 8 scoops good-quality vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup liqueur of your choice
- 1 cup espresso or strong instant coffee
Method
For the affogato
- Place two scoops of ice cream in each of 4 serving glasses.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of liqueur over each.
- Divide the coffee evenly between the glasses and serve immediately.
