This is my go-to dressing that seems to taste great with any salad.

Ingredients

For the all-purpose dressing

  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ small onion — crushed in a garlic press
  • 2 cloves garlic — crushed
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Method

For the all-purpose dressing

  • Whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
