Dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Salad
- 3 Granny Smith apples - thinly sliced
- 3 celery stalks - thinly sliced
- 1 fennel bulb - thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup honey roasted nuts
- 1/4 cup parmesan - shaved

Method
- In a small jar with a lid, add all the dressing ingredients and shake well
- In a medium bowl, add in all the salad ingredients except the shaved parmesan. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with the shaved parmesan just prior to serving
