Crumbles are so comforting and so easy to make. Serve warm with ice cream.

Ingredients
- 390g can diced apple – drained
- 410g can pear halves – drained and chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cinnamon Crumble
- ¾ cup oats
- ¾ cup flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 120g butter – diced
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan bake).
- Spray a 20cm oven dish with baking spray.
- Combine the apples, pears, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Transfer to the prepared dish.
- To make the Cinnamon Crumble, mix the oats, flour, sugars, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
- Add the butter and use a fork or your fingertips to rub it into the dry ingredients.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit and bake for 40 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
