Ingredients

For the baileys fudge

  • 395g can condensed milk
  • ¼ cup Baileys liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Method

For the baileys fudge

  • Line a 20 x 20cm slice tin with baking paper.
  • Place the condensed milk, Baileys and instant coffee in a saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted.
  • Pour into the prepared slice tin and refrigerate until set.
  • Cut into small squares to serve.
