Ingredients
For the baileys fudge
- 395g can condensed milk
- ¼ cup Baileys liqueur
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Method
For the baileys fudge
- Line a 20 x 20cm slice tin with baking paper.
- Place the condensed milk, Baileys and instant coffee in a saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted.
- Pour into the prepared slice tin and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into small squares to serve.
