Ingredients
For the blue cheese, walnut & chive butter
- 200g butter — slightly softened
- 50g blue cheese — finely crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
Method
For the blue cheese, walnut & chive butter
- Mix all the ingredients well in a small bowl.
- Shape into a log. Wrap in baking paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed.
