Broccoli and cheese go so well together. These patties can be used as a lunch dish or a side dish.
Ingredients
Patties
- 2 cups broccoli - chopped into 1 cm pieces and cooked until al dente
- ½ cup tasty cheese - grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese - grated
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese - grated
- 2 eggs - whisked
- 2 cloves garlic - crushed
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 10g butter
Method
- Mix all the patty ingredients together and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into four patties.
- Heat the cooking oil and butter together in a frying pan and cook the patties over a medium heat until golden brown.
