Ingredients

For the café de paris butter

  • 200g butter — slightly softened
  • 1 cup very finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic — crushed
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

For the café de paris butter

  • Mix all the ingredients well in a small bowl.
  • Shape into a log. Wrap in baking paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed.
