This classic savoury butter is delicious with steak and lamb.
Ingredients
For the café de paris butter
- 200g butter — slightly softened
- 1 cup very finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons finely grated parmesan
- 1 clove garlic — crushed
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
For the café de paris butter
- Mix all the ingredients well in a small bowl.
- Shape into a log. Wrap in baking paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed.
