Ingredients
- 120g chocolate - chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ cup chopped rocky road ingredients (mixed nuts, dried fruit, mini marshmallows, lollies, Turkish delight), or anything you like to make ½ cup
- Ice cream for serving
Method
- Place the chocolate and oil in a microwave safe jug.
- Heat for 1 minute, stir and set aside to cool.
- Stir through your rocky road ingredients.
- Pour over ice cream and wait for the chocolate to harden.
