Ingredients
For the copycat coleslaw
- 4 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot — peeled and shredded or grated
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely diced onion
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
For the copycat coleslaw
- Mix the cabbage and carrot in a bowl.
- To make the dressing, combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl or jug and mix until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and stir well.
- Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes before serving.
