  • 1.5kg potatoes
  • 500ml cream
  • 29g packet French onion soup mix
  • 1½ cups grated tasty cheese

Method

For the creamy potato bake with french onion soup

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan bake). Spray a medium oven dish with baking spray.
  • Peel the potatoes and slice thinly.
  • Layer into the prepared dish.
  • Mix the cream and soup mix in a bowl or jug until well combined.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • Remove the foil, sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
