- 1.5kg potatoes
- 500ml cream
- 29g packet French onion soup mix
- 1½ cups grated tasty cheese
Method
For the creamy potato bake with french onion soup
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan bake). Spray a medium oven dish with baking spray.
- Peel the potatoes and slice thinly.
- Layer into the prepared dish.
- Mix the cream and soup mix in a bowl or jug until well combined.
- Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
