- 4 cobs fresh corn — husks removed
- ½ cup milk
- 50g butter, plus extra to serve
Method
For the fresh corn on the cob
- Place the corn in a large saucepan, cover with water and bring to the boil.
- Add the milk and butter, reduce the heat and simmer for 6–8 minutes.
- Drain and serve with extra butter if desired.
