  • 50g butter, plus extra to serve

Method

For the fresh corn on the cob

  • Place the corn in a large saucepan, cover with water and bring to the boil.
  • Add the milk and butter, reduce the heat and simmer for 6–8 minutes.
  • Drain and serve with extra butter if desired.
