Ingredients
For the garlic & chilli olive oil
- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic — peeled
- 1½ teaspoons chilli flakes
Method
For the garlic & chilli olive oil
- Warm the oil, garlic and chilli flakes in a saucepan over a low heat for 8–10 minutes or until the garlic is lightly brown. Leave to cool.
- Remove the garlic from the oil and cut it into slices. Place in a bottle.
- Pour the oil and chilli flakes into the bottle. Seal and refrigerate.
