Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups frozen mango pieces
  • 1 banana – sliced
  • ¾ cup water

Method

  • Place the spinach in a blender or bullet and blend well.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
  • Divide between 2 glasses to serve.
