Ingredients
- 12–18 slices shaved ham
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup grated cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan bake).
- Spray a 6-count muffin tray with baking spray.
- Arrange 2–3 pieces of ham in each muffin cup, overlapping on the base to make a cup shape.
- Carefully crack an egg into each cup. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the tops with the cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes.
