Ingredients

  • 12–18 slices shaved ham
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup grated cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan bake).
  • Spray a 6-count muffin tray with baking spray.
  • Arrange 2–3 pieces of ham in each muffin cup, overlapping on the base to make a cup shape.
  • Carefully crack an egg into each cup. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the tops with the cheese.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes.
