This is quick to make and tastes like Baileys liqueur. Freeze cooled coffee in ice trays for serving in your home-made chocolate liqueur.

Ingredients
For the home-made chocolate liqueur
- 395g can condensed milk
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup Irish whiskey
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond essence
For the coffee ice cubes
- Cooled black coffee
Method
For the home-made chocolate liqueur
- To make Coffee Ice Cubes, pour the cold coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze.
- To make the liqueur, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Pour into a sterilised bottle and refrigerate. Use before the use-by date on the cream.
- To serve, place Coffee Ice Cubes in lowball glasses and top with Home-Made Chocolate Liqueur.
