This is quick to make and tastes like Baileys liqueur. Freeze cooled coffee in ice trays for serving in your home-made chocolate liqueur.



For the home-made chocolate liqueur

  • 395g can condensed milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup Irish whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond essence

For the coffee ice cubes

  • Cooled black coffee


For the home-made chocolate liqueur

  • To make Coffee Ice Cubes, pour the cold coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze.
  • To make the liqueur, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  • Pour into a sterilised bottle and refrigerate. Use before the use-by date on the cream.
  • To serve, place Coffee Ice Cubes in lowball glasses and top with Home-Made Chocolate Liqueur.
