Stir these chocolate treats into warm milk for a warming winter drink. They make a lovely gift.
Ingredients

- 340g chocolate chips or chunks
- ¼ cup icing sugar
- Mini marshmallows
Method
For the hot chocolate on a stick
- Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between bursts, until melted and smooth.
- Whisk in the icing sugar.
- Pour into silicon moulds and top with mini marshmallows.
- Place an iceblock stick in the centre of each mould and refrigerate until set.
- Stir each hot chocolate stick into a cup of hot milk and enjoy.
