Stir these chocolate treats into warm milk for a warming winter drink. They make a lovely gift.



For the hot chocolate on a stick

  • 340g chocolate chips or chunks
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • Mini marshmallows


For the hot chocolate on a stick

  • Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between bursts, until melted and smooth.
  • Whisk in the icing sugar.
  • Pour into silicon moulds and top with mini marshmallows.
  • Place an iceblock stick in the centre of each mould and refrigerate until set.
  • Stir each hot chocolate stick into a cup of hot milk and enjoy.
