Indonesian Spiced Lamb Chops with Mint and Pepper Yoghurt

Ingredients
- 12 lamb chops
- ½ tablespoon cooking oil
Spice Mix
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
Mint and Pepper Yoghurt
- ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup mint – finely diced
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Combine the spice mix ingredients together. Coat the lamb chops with the spice mix.
- Mix all the mint and pepper yoghurt ingredients together and set aside in a small serving dish.
- Drizzle the lamb chops with the cooking oil.
- Heat a large frying pan over a medium heat and cook the lamb chops for about 3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Serve with the mint and pepper yoghurt sauce.
